Multiplication effects of investment in a publicly significant infrastructure project

The article features results of the assessment multiplier effects for national economy from implementation construction project first stage production facility Dniester HPP period 2010-2019. For this purpose, macroeconomic statistics were processes, on whose basis an information system primary and calculated indicators was created using data documentation, which became calculations. A methodological approach developed to assess at level input-output balance, is reflected in symmetrical "input-output" table. authors highlight main indicators, through impact Ukraine’s manifested, allow assessing its socio-economic significance: output growth economic activity "Construction" expense investments, GVA all activities GDP (public expenditure multiplier). According implemented approach, are via additional growth, value added investments. Based obtained results, it proved that: 1) had made possible accumulate a effect economy, confirming practice theory proving efficiency public capital investments; 2) greatest extent, investment generated within "Construction", explained by increased demand domestically produced products.
